ALTERAÇÃO
PORTARIA SEFAZ Nº 185, de 17.10.2016
(DOE de 20.10.2016)
Altera a Portaria nº 057/2016-SEFAZ, de 29.03.2016 (DOE de 30.03.2016), que institui Lista de Preços Mínimos para determinação da base de cálculo do ICMS para sujeição passiva por substituição tributária das mercadorias que especifica, e dá outras providências.
O SECRETÁRIO DE ESTADO DE FAZENDA DE MATO GROSSO, no exercício de suas atribuições legais, ouvido o Secretário Adjunto da Receita Pública,
CONSIDERANDO a prerrogativa conferida pela Lei Complementar nº 87, de 13 de setembro de 1996, no § 6º do seu artigo 8º, inserida no ordenamento mato-grossense conforme § 8º do artigo 13 combinado com o artigo 12 da Lei nº 7.098, de 30 de dezembro de 1998, bem como com o artigo 81 do Regulamento do ICMS, aprovado pelo Decreto nº 2.212, de 20 de março de 2014;
CONSIDERANDO, também, o disposto no artigo 88 do referido Regulamento;
RESOLVE:
Art. 1º O Anexo Único da Portaria nº 057/2016-SEFAZ, de 29.03.2016 (DOE de 30.03.2016), passa a vigorar com as seguintes alterações:
I - alterados os itens: 1, 2, 265 a 269, 286, 501 a 503, 505, 506, 508, 515 a 532 do grupo I; 310 a 319 do grupo VII; 3187 a 3196 do grupo VIII; 38 e 39 do grupo X; 73 a 80 do grupo XII; 65 a 72 do grupo XV;
II - acrescentados os itens: 533 a 537 ao grupo I; 320 a 328 ao grupo VII; 3197 a 3318 ao grupo VIII; 40 a 43 ao grupo X; 81 a 84 ao grupo XII; 73 a 90 ao grupo XV.
III - revogado o item 504 do grupo I.
Art. 2º Em decorrência das alterações previstas no artigo 1º desta portaria, o Anexo Único da Portaria nº 057/2016-SEFAZ passa a vigorar com as alterações previstas no Anexo Único desta portaria.
Art. 3º Esta portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publicação, produzindo efeitos a partir de 21 de outubro de 2016.
Art. 4º Revogadas as disposições em contrário.
